Graycor Celebrates 20 Years of Industrial Service at AK Steel’s Middletown Works Facility

Graycor Industrial recently celebrated its 20th anniversary of providing construction services to AK Steel’s Middletown, Ohio, steelmaking facility. Graycor has been a consistent and value-added service provider to AK Steel as it supports the construction and maintenance needs of AK Steel’s largest steelmaking operation. Middletown Works, located in southwest Ohio, midway between Cincinnati and Dayton, is among the most productive integrated steel operations. Its carbon steel melting, casting, hot and cold rolling, and finishing operations cover more than 2,791 acres.

Over the past 20 years Graycor has provided an extensive variety of construction services to AK Steel ranging from new facility installation to ongoing maintenance and repair. “We obviously view AK Steel as a core client that understands our ability to be a long term construction services provider that can deliver a wide range of industrial construction solutions.
